Founded in 2010, TIC is an innovative technology company based in Cork, Ireland. We serve customers throughout Ireland, the UK and overseas. Our core competency is in designing bespoke and user friendly software solutions that businesses can use and adapt to communicate more efficiently with their customers.

The company’s founder, Paul Brugger, has been in the IT sector for over twenty years. He has a solid technological background and has extensive experience working with many blue chip clients at every stage of the product lifecycle. The team at TIC have the experience, technical expertise and professionalism to design and deliver communication solutions that will provide lasting value and sustainable advantages to our clients.

Paul’s creativity and his passion for designing new technologies combined with his personal experiences of using social media in business were the driving forces behind the concept of TIC.

A seasoned aerospace executive with 30 years experience in general management and consulting of high growth ventures including new aircraft, air taxis, charter flights, sub-orbital rockets and solar power satellites. Roles have included general management, corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, finance and new ventures. He has assisted in raising capital, led integration efforts and evaluated numerous mergers & acquisition deals between $200m-$3b.

Robert has over 20 years of management experience and in-depth knowledge of the Aviation Industry, with global organizations such as Westinghouse, Northrop Grumman, SITA, BT Global Services and Amadeus. He founded and currently serves as Chairman of Blackstone Gates, a consultancy, focusing on customer-centered strategies, with projects ranging from customer experience management, revenue generation initiatives, ancillary airline revenues and airport retail. His airline projects include American, Alaska, Korean, Qantas, Singapore, Thai, Air France and Emirates. His airport projects include Toronto, Manchester, London Luton, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Budapest and abertis Airports. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops on the subject of customer engagement in the aviation industry and a regular contributor to specialist media on the subject.

Since 2008 David has held various senior management positions within the aviation sector including Aviation Week Group (Marketing Solutions Director), SimpliFlying (Vice President), providing consultancy and training to airlines and airports globally on customer engagement & marketing strategy. An accredited Airports Council International (ACI) training instructor, he has also been a regular speaker at global aviation conferences on the subject of ‘Airport Digital and Social Media Marketing’. Prior to joining SimpliFlying David had a highly successful period with UBM plc, directing the award winning Routesonline business and working with airports of all sizes in route development strategy and marketing communications for Airport Strategy & Marketing Ltd (ASM).
