In a similar way to how we are enhanced the passenger experience in airports (with AirChat) we believe we can bring similar benefits to the patient within a clinical environment.
At first sight there may not be a direct correlation between airports and hospitals but whilst the two are functionally very different their process and infrastructure have similarities; new passengers and patients arrive each day into an unfamiliar environment, both have to get to a specific place, at a particular time, in an efficient manner.
MedChat uses some of the latest technologies to understand and continually learn the ‘intent’ of the patient and facilitate a two-way automated conversation. This seamless functionality notifies the patient of their appointment(s), allowing the patient to confirm their appointment and self-check-in, and facilitates the notification to the patient to proceed into the clinic on-demand.
